Preggy Pudding THM-xo

This pudding is so yummy! Its good to have this pudding in your refrigerator to grab when your not too hungry, wanting a snack or when you have a sweet tooth.   It’s also great for children.  It’s packed with vitamins, minerals, protein, healthy fats. Not to mention how great the MCT oil in coconut milk is for optimizing the production of thyroid hormones. A Bonus for Hashimotos healing.  Preggy Pudding keeps me full for a long time and I feel good that its helping my milk supply and nourishing my children.

Recipe

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 tbsp sweetener(optional)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 full scoop of thm collagen

To Make:

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and run until smooth.
  • Pour into a mason jar, or container and close the lid tight.
  • refrigerate overnight (or 4-6 hours)
